Privacy notice
Drafted October 22, 2026 · To be reviewed and finalized before accepting customers.
Account information
Mac Crow uses Firebase Authentication for account registration, sign-in and email verification. This involves account identifiers, email addresses and authentication-related data.
Subscription and billing
Stripe handles hosted checkout, subscription and billing management. Payment and subscription identifiers are used by Mac Crow's licensing service to determine account eligibility. Do not enter payment card details directly into Mac Crow unless redirected to Stripe's secure checkout.
Device licensing
Cloudflare-hosted services handle subscription verification and device activation. Device public-key information or derived identifiers, licensing status, activation events and required service logs may be processed to enforce one active device per subscription.
Game window permissions
The macOS app requests Accessibility and Screen Recording privileges to automate and recognize supported game windows. Gameplay recognition is designed for local operation. This notice should be updated if the final app sends gameplay recordings, screenshots or telemetry to any server.
Service providers
Relevant providers currently include Firebase (Google), Stripe and Cloudflare. Each may process information under its own privacy terms and service configuration.
Retention and your choices
Data retention, account deletion procedures, contact information and any international transfers must be verified and described before production release. You can manage macOS permissions through System Settings and future subscriptions through the billing portal.
Contact
The public privacy contact address will be added before customer sales begin. Visit Support for updates.
