Mac Crow support

Support and troubleshooting information for the macOS app.

Mac Crow is not yet accepting public subscriptions or providing customer downloads. A monitored support email or official support channel will be published here before sales open.

System requirements

Mac with macOS 14.0 or later. Automation features require permission to recognize and interact with the intended game window. Functionality may change with game updates.

First-run permissions

Use macOS System Settings → Privacy & Security to review Accessibility and Screen Recording permissions. Mac Crow needs these for game-window recognition and permitted input automation.

Billing and cancellations

When subscriptions are available, customers will manage renewal, cancellation and billing through the signed-in app and Stripe-hosted billing portal.

Contact and refunds

A monitored public support address and final refund/contact policy must be added before Stripe live payments are enabled.
